We collect and process the data needed to operate Torch, including HubSpot OAuth tokens, portal ID, user IDs, and record ownership data.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to provide Torch, including redistributing records when users are deactivated, and to maintain and improve the reliability of the service.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure and encrypted at rest.

HubSpot Data

Torch only accesses the HubSpot scopes you grant. We do not sell or share your HubSpot data.

Data Retention

We retain data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days.
