Acceptable Use

You agree to use Torch only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Subscription and Billing

Torch is billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time, and changes to your subscription apply according to your billing cycle.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Torch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
